Location, short way from all attractions. There was free parking. We would love to go back when visiting Bursa. Free Wi Fi was a great addition...
Nothing to fault.

Location was good but too busy. I think it is best to stay up the hill near the clock tower. Staff was good. Man at the front desk said that my 7-year old son would be extra raising my blood pressure then said no extra charge. There was no options to let the hotel know about my child except in the comments. This should be fixed
Not many facilities but wireless internet was free. Very busy and congeted area.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Best aspects were the location in the center with easy access to public transportation, the huge international breakfast buffet, and the helpful staff who provided useful information about the city. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.
Worst aspects? Hard to think of anything!

Walking distance from metro, and then the rest of the city fanned out to the north.
Too warm. Could not control the aircon, as centrally controlled. Reception staff said they'd fix this, but did not. Charged in Turkish Lira, even though the reservation was in euros.

The breakfast offerings were impressive, with a wide variety of options and attentive staff. The hotel's location was ideal, in close proximity to public transportation and a shopping mall across the street. The room's cleanliness was another positive aspect, providing a comfortable stay.
The central air conditioning was not adjustable in the room, resulting in an uncomfortably warm temperature. the policy of not allowing outside food or drinks was inconvenient and unexpected.

Lots of noise, heavy traffic, inconvenient parking, no ventilation & too much traffic noise to open windows, room above mine was being renovated--lots of drilling & pounding

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in the center made it very easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar and a sitting area that added to the comfort and luxury. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, making us feel at home. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the overall ambiance of the room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of international and national products, catering to different tastes. We especially loved the German, French, Italian, and English TV programs that were available for entertainment in the evenings. The free Wi-Fi and car park were additional perks that made our stay even more convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Hotel & rooms are clean.
Not a 4 star. Rate way overpriced for the hotel size & amenities. Staff do not speak good english which makes it very difficult to communicate..

Reception staff spoke excellent English and made checking in and everything very easy. Staff were friendly which made for a very enjoyable stay.
Was quite hard to walk into the city centre as the hotel is right on a main road which is quite dangerous to cross on foot. The hotel staff recommend you use a taxi for the very short trip into town.

Spent my Easter weekend at a hotel in Bursa. the room was really spacious and was even equipped with a small kitchenette. Located in the heart of the city so there was easy access to all the main attractions. the breakfast was really good and there was a comfortable lounge area to relax in.
The noise from the street was unbearable. the constant traffic and honking horns can be heard all night long.
